Supergirl Borrows Some Savage Boots in new Wonder Woman Promo

Warner Bros. is making sure that Wonder Woman is getting as much exposure as possible before the film’s June 2 premiere. With very positive early buzz, fresh clips practically every day, and video interviews with Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, and her co-star Chris Pine, the Wonder Woman promo team is doing their job.

In the last promo, which aired on the CW during Supergirl’s finale, we see Melissa Benoist’s titular superhero moving through a small town bar with a considerable amount of moxie, with a cameo from none other than Lynda Carter, the original Wonder Woman. When Teri Hatcher shows up (remember, she was formerly Lois Lane), Supergirl is now in a new outfit and wearing a pair of very recognizable boots.

Here's Wonder Woman's official synopsis: Before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that's raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.
